Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy:

At Aero Drone Robotics, we aim for seamless delivery experiences. Upon delivery, the risk of loss and title for items passes to the customer. Should a non-delivery occur due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional delivery costs incurred will be charged to the customer. We regret to inform that once an order is duly placed on our site, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

In the event the recipient is unavailable at the specified address upon delivery, the goods may be left with a neighbor with an attached note. Should the neighbor refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left for the recipient to contact our office. At this stage, the order becomes fully chargeable. For items delivered by courier, speed post, or registered post, their respective policies will apply. Aero Drone Robotics reserves the right to charge the order if the recipient rejects it for any reason.

While we endeavor to ensure prompt delivery, delays or early deliveries for any reason will not warrant damages or compensation. Aero Drone Robotics reserves the right to deny services to any customer without explanation. To facilitate efficient service and timely delivery, please provide accurate Pin-Code and phone number information. Should you need to change the shipping address, email us promptly, and we will accommodate changes if the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refund Policy:

At Aero Drone Robotics, customer satisfaction is paramount, and we offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 1. Damaged or defective items must be returned with the original packaging for necessary verification and inspection. The company will then either replace the goods or issue a full refund at its discretion.
  • 2. If ordered products are out of stock, the customer will be refunded for those items.
  • 3. Refunds are considered only if the customer emails us at info@aerodronerobotics.com within 2 hours of payment. No refunds will be entertained after this period.
  • 4. No refunds will be issued if incorrect data is provided by the customer. However, if the customer emails us within an hour of ordering, changes may be considered.
  • 5. Once the product is delivered, no refunds will be made.
  • 6. All eligible refunds will be processed within seven business days from the receipt of the request, subject to transaction and processing times by the bank/payment gateway.
  • 7. In case of double payment for a single order, one payment will be refunded.
  • 8. Refunds will be made after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank/payment gateway or any other applicable charges borne by Aero Drone Robotics in processing/delivering the service.
